ATTENTION: If you need to connect your Common Access Card (CAC), first ensure it is inserted before opening your browser. Then, when logging in, select the relevant certificate and enter your PIN. On the SSO page, enter your email and password (because your CAC is not yet connected). Finally, on the Account Management Dashboard page click Connect my CAC.
